I guarantee that my film contains no material that could be deemed pornographic, racist, or extremely violent and understand that, if the Jury considers this to be the case, my film will not be accepted.

I acknowledge that if my film is accepted, it can be used as a whole or in part, for advertising and or marketing purposes.

I accept that CinErasmus and Newropeans are in no way responsible for any copyright infringements. I accept full legal responsibility should such an infringement occur in my submission.
